Spring Revival Retreat

Awaken from the depths of winter in Vermont

March 13-15, 2026

Springtime in the Green Mountains of Vermont requires a certain amount of grit.

After a long winter of deep rest, the earth slowly begins to awaken and thaw. Before the flowers begin to bloom, the earth is slowly priming its soil, ready to turn towards the light.

We can learn from the earth and slowly start to prime our own soil to get ready for springtime’s blooms. Join us for a women’s weekend of yoga, facial massage, and community to nourish our bodies and souls as we make the ascent back up from the depths of winter.

I'm in!

The Weekend:

At the Metta Earth Institute in Lincoln, Vermont, we will gather just before the equinox: the start of the awakening from the deep slumber of winter. We will arrive Friday evening, and be greeted with a warming nourishing meal to settle in and ground. The evening will be spent in sacred ceremony and slow flow yoga and meditation.

On Saturday, we will start the day with breakfast and then move into pranayama, yogic breathing, and a meditation and journaling session designed to invite the soul to start its ascent back up from the depths of winter. Afterwards, we will engage in a fiery yoga movement practice to wake up and warm the body. Lunch will then provide us the fuel to move forward and nourish our bodies. All meals at the Institute are 100% organic and locally sourced, many of which grown at Metta Earth. We will then start our afternoon session together of creating our own facial oils and Gua Sha workshop. The rest of the afternoon will be free for sauna, solo exploration of the retreat grounds, facials as an additional add-on, or a siesta. At dinner, we will come back together and end the evening in a ceremony designed to help awaken the spirit and start the ascent back up towards the light of spring.

On Sunday morning, we will again be served a delicious breakfast and close out our time together in meditation and pranayama. We’ll engage in a yoga movement practice to prepare for our journey back home.

Before the earth starts to wake up, let’s prime our mind, bodies and souls to awaken and revive.

This isn’t your average yoga retreat. This is a soul journey to ascend back up towards the light and warmth of spring. When the earth is starting to thaw, let’s remind our bodies how to sweat, nourish ourselves, and move with freedom.

On this retreat, we will explore the themes of light and dark with joy and reverence. We will meditate, find community, and be led in a hands-on facial Gua Sha workshop by Andrea of Sundara Skincare. Together, we will create our own facial oil blends, made consciously with oils and herbs best suited to each skin type. We will then learn how this mindful self-care ritual can release tension, improve circulation, and boost glow.

The Metta Earth Institute, a center for regenerative ecology and wellbeing, will be the perfect retreat home to explore our own connection to the seasons and the earth. All meals are 100% organic and either grown on the farm or sourced locally, and they also have a sauna onsite, which we will use Saturday afternoon.

Join us for a transformational weekend of seasonal exploration, yoga, and facial massage.

  • Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing modality that involves scraping the skin with oil and a tool, often used with a gemstone in modern day practices. This technique reduces inflammation, improves circulation, releases tension, supports lymphatic drainage, and can help boost glow. Andrea of Sundara Skincare will be guiding us every step of the way during the workshop Saturday afternoon.
